2026-27 ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - Saturday, May 16th @ the Weber Indoor Facility. Incoming 7th & 8th grade - 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., and incoming 9th-12 grade 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Please bring the physical form and completed medical history form on the 16th. Please make sure a parent and the athlete has signed the medical history form before arriving. The physician onsite will complete the physical form. Cost - $25 - cash or check only (no Apple Pay, Venmo, etc). Make checks to Highland Park Sports Medicine. Physicals cannot be dated before May 1, 2026.
